Through Paypal, you have two payment options. If you hold an existing Paypal account, you can sign in to your account and pay through it, which means you don't ever have to send us your financial information. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

If you do not have an existing Paypal account, you can still process your secure order through Paypal by providing credit or debit card information. This information is still processed through Paypal's secured system; the only difference is that if you already had a Paypal account, you would not have had to enter this information. We never see your credit card information; the transaction is handled entirely through Verisign-secured Paypal.

All orders to Michigan addresses must be charged sales tax, according to state law.

SHIPPING
All orders will usually be shipped out within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery (for heavy packages), unless an item is back-ordered (in which case you will be notified by email and given the option to refund your purchase). You will receive an email once your shipment has been sent out, listing an approximate delivery time. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

We resuse all of the packaging materials that our products arrive in from our distributors. We also use USPS Priority Mail shipping boxes, which are certified Cradle-to-Cradle- a certification that guarantees their sustainability and minimal environmental impact. During the month of July, we are offering a shipping special. All orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. All other orders are charged the following shipping rates, based on order totals:

$3.00 or less: $1.50 shipping charge
$3.01 - $29.00: $7.95 shipping charge
$29.01 - $59.99: $10.95 shipping charge
$60.00 - $99.99: $13.95 shipping charge
$100 and up: FREE SHIPPING

We have recently added alternative shipping rates for Midwestern states, which may be lower than the above quoted rates, depending on the total rate of your items. Because our shipping rates are based on order total, we occasionally find that a customer was overcharged for shipping (especially if many light items were ordered). In such cases, we refund back to the customer the overpayment charge. We are continuously striving to provide fair shipping charges that cover shipping expenses, and nothing more.

FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes, and so if you would like your items shipped to a PO Box, we usually must charge an additional fee, on top of the shipping charges calculated during checkout. If this is the case, we will email you once we receive your order and calculate the additional payment necessary.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The only international orders we will accept through our shopping cart are orders shipping to Canada, which incur special shipping rates that will display during checkout. Special arrangements can be made for orders to other countries, but please contact us by phone or email for those shipping rates. Instead of going through our shopping cart, we will send you an invoice through Paypal with the applicable shipping charge.

We are located in Southwest Michigan. There is a shipping option called "Store Pick-up" for local customers who would like to avoid a shipping charge. If you accidentally choose "Store Pick-up" as your shipping option, we will contact you by email and request that you send shipping payment through Paypal to orders@thegreatergreen.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and so we are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the original purchase price. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.) Simply contact Customer Service at either (269) 767-5668 or at orders@thegreatergreen.com to let us know what you will be returning, and we will provide you with our Return Deptartment address. Then package your item and ship via the carrier of your choice. Once your return has arrived, we will refund the original purchase price of the item, or if you prefer, you may exchange it for an item of equal value.
