I love all of Ecover's products! Their automatic dishwashing products are extremely effective and very ecologically sound. This company has won numerous awards for theri commitment to the environment both through product development and also in their daily operations, including an ecological factory with a grass roof.

I've seen Ecover score above conventional automatic dishwashing products when rated for effectiveness, without all the toxic and harmful chemicals those products contain.

Instructions for use
To clean a machine load of normally dirty dishes, fill the main cup (= 1.2 oz/ 3.5 g).  In hard water areas, Ecover recommends to fill the open cup as well.
Some items are unsuitable for machine washing.  We recommend hand washing with Ecover Dishwashing Liquid for crystal, hand painted china, wood or bone handled items and all silver.  Please follow all manufacturers recommendations.

Packaging material
Wrapper is made of polypropylene and is 100% recyclable; carton is made of 95% recycled cardboard.

"Ecover was my second attempt at using an eco-friendly dishwashing product.  I was not terribly satisfied with the first product that I tried and decided to try this upon recommendation from Joanna at The Greater Green. I've used this product for 3 cycles now and I am happy to report that I am pleased with the effectiveness of this product which I use in conjunction with the Ecover Rinse Aid. I should mention that I do rinse my dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, as this may impact the effectiveness of the product. I will buy again."
