Personal Recommendation

It is difficult for me to personally recommend any baby products, since I don't actually have any children of my own, so I have decided to include this line based on recommendations of others, the ingredients list, my own sampling of the product (on myself), and Burt's Bees other products. I have consistently been happy with Burt's Bees line, and think that their Baby Bee line is no exception.

If your baby has extremely sensitive skin, please be aware that this product does contain fragrance, both natural and synthetic, so check the ingredients list closely.

From the Burt's Bees website, a bit more about this product:

How it Works
This all-in-one wash is a natural, tear-free formula that combines gentle cleansers from coconut and sunflower oils with enriching soy protein to create a deeply nourishing cleanser that leaves baby's hair and skin silky soft. As if baby wasn't already snuggable enough. SLS-, phthalate- and paraben-free.

How to Use It
Create a lather and gently wash your baby's entire body, avoiding the eyes. Rinse, then lather and repeat on baby's hair and scalp.

Featured Ingredient
Coconut Oil — The flesh of the coconut is rich in emollient fat and when pressed, yields a white, sweetly-scented, super-moisturizing oil, which is a solid at room temperature but easily melts on the skin.

SOMETHING ELSE...

I have been quite shocked lately at all of the synthetic ingredients found in many baby products, even ones coming from companies that are claiming to be natural. Burt's Bees Baby Wash is not 100% natural, but contains very few synthetic ingredients, and rated better than quite a few other baby product lines we have considered carrying.
