COMMENTS: If you have not been following the controversy surrounding high fructose corn syrup, let me say this much: it is time for us to start avoiding this all-pervading unnatural sweetener at all cost. It is wreaking havoc on our bodies, devastating land through the agribusiness of corn, and if you open your refridgerator, I bet you (like me) will find it in dozens of common food products, from ketchup to jams to worsershire sauce to bread.
